Home health care is help at home when you need it most. Our specially trained staff assists with recovery from illness, injuries, or childbirth in the privacy and comfort of your own home. Our staff is experienced in adult, geriatric, pediatric, post-discharge newborn, and neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) baby care. We provide communication to your physician regarding your progress so that changes in your care can be made, as necessary.
Home health qualified caregivers include:
- Skilled nurses for IV therapy management, wound management, pain management, patient education
- Specialty therapists, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy
- Medical social workers to assist with long term planning, psychosocial counseling, education regarding community resources
- Home health aides for assistance with activities of daily living, range of motion, exercise, personal care
A patient need not be hospitalized to be eligible for home health care.
