This place doesn’t follow the pack, it leads it.

I came in to receive dialysis and have had nothing but wonderful treatment. The head nurse has been great, he comes in smiling with his eyes, he laughs with you and just really makes you seen. I cannot complain about not one person since I’ve been here. My recovery is going good so far. Everyone has contributed to that, even housekeeping. The housekeeper comes in every day with a smile in her eyes. She says hello and the interactions have been joyful and a joking atmosphere, which is wonderful. The student nurses have also been great. The director of 5T is a really nice guy. I don’t believe I could’ve gotten better care in a facility in the AV.
