"Not only have I seen Dil go above and beyond for patients while working with him, I was able to experience it while my grandfather was his patient.

Dil made sure at any point he was there to answer questions, advocated for multiple tests to be done and included my grandfather in his care. 

One thing that stuck with me especially was that he never passed anything off to others and did some jobs most RN's would hand off to the techs. 

Dil is compassionate, heartfelt and genuinely exudes what it means to go above and beyond for his patients and their care. 

I appreciate the effort that was given and his time as his (my grandfathers) RN, even more so when he took the time to check in when he wasn't on his run. Thanks Dil!"
