For Physicians

Antelope Valley Outpatient Imaging Center, in collaboration with Renaissance Imaging Medical Associates’ Radiologists, work hand-in-hand to ensure physicians receive accurate and timely radiology reports, and provide quality and caring service to their patients.

This page is dedicated to providing our referring physicians with the resources and tools needed to seamlessly partner with AVOIC. AVOIC works in alliance with referring physicians and supports their work by providing access to images in real time and providing rapid report turn around. Reports are provided within 24-48 hours after they have been read by a radiologist. STAT reports are provided within one hour.

*Please note: Starting April 1, 2022, AVOIC will no longer accept Medi-Cal as a form of payment.

*IMPORTANT NOTICE for current PACS users

AVOIC has upgraded its PACS system on May 9, 2023, which changed the web address used. If you are not on staff at AVMC, you will need to return the forms below in order for you to access the new PACS system.

• If on staff at AVMC, use your Hospital Username and Password to access PACS.
• If you're not on staff at AVMC, you will need a new user name and password. Please fill out the Confidentiality Agreement and the PACS Access form, and then email AVOIC staff to complete your account.
